**The offered jobs include the below core duties, and main tasks but not limited to:

Project/team leader: (at least 6 years’ experience)

 

  • Architecture graduate, with good experience in Urban design projects
  • Following up assignments given to staff by the Principal or Manager provide status reports to the principal.
  • Setting up and managing all projects’ work plans, including schedules, deliverables and staff distribution.
  • Handling correspondences with all the involved parties in a project, i.e.: Client, Consultant, and Contractor.
  • Reviewing of conformance to the “Contract commitments, Client’s requirements, Program, Phasing, Codes, Budget, Work Schedule, Progress and Modifications” and to the quality of work effort.
  • Reviewing and approving of all projects’ production documents (reports, drawings, specs,…etc.). It is his/her full responsibility till final submission.
  • Co-ordinate with site visits/investigations if required or if AC is assigned the site supervision.
  • Supervising and managing all the technical team.
  • Essential skills: CAD/Rivet/Scheduling/ Reporting.

Graphic designer : (at least 3 years’ experience)

 

  • Production of presentation boards, graphics, 3D model renderings, given by the principal or designer.
  • Coordination with other project team leaders to include all design modifications in the models and boards.
  • Design Brochures for AC projects
  • Review AC CVs, keeping it fully updated.
  • Coordinate with managers to keep the website updated and modified
  • Document and keep record of architectural designs and other relevant information required for filing and website purposes
  • Essential skills: Proficiency of English language/ CAD/3D Max/InDesign/Photoshop.

Designer: Architecture /Urban Design: (2-6 years of experience) depending on
portfolio)

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
  • Collecting information on the design requirements for a building/urban design project
  • Designers produce building plans/designs using CAD/ Rivet tools and manual technical drawing instruments.
  • Be able to specify the cost estimates, materials, duration, and other relevant information.
  • Prepare proposals and deliver presentations convincing clients
  • Coordinate and work closely with graphic designers to produce boards including concepts/plans/models.
  • Interact with other building designers and professionals to exchange ideas on techniques/style for structural plans.
  • If needed, act as supervisors to direct and guide junior designers
  • Tasks include includes reworking and modifying designs as may be requested by clients or principal.
  • Essential skills: Creativity/ CAD/sketch up/Photoshop/(Rivet is a Plus)

Architect / Executive drawings (at least 3 years’ experience)

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
  • Produce building working plans/designs using CAD/rivet tools.
  • Be able to work the BOQ if needed,
  • Good knowledge of materials, and specifications.
  • If needed, act as supervisors to direct and guide junior architects.
  • Specify important details for a building project such as cost estimates, materials, and assumed duration of construction.
  • Maintain contact with clients during building construction to help resolve possible design problems.
  • Essential skills: CAD/( Rivet is a Plus)/ detailed drawings, knowledge of finishing materials specs

Landscape Designer (2-6 years of experience)

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture
  • Collecting information on the design requirements for a Parks/Gardens/Sports Clubs/outdoor spaces.
  • Designers produce plans/designs using CAD/ (Rivet if needed) tools and manual technical drawing instruments.
  • Be able to specify the cost estimates, materials, duration, and other relevant information.
  • Prepare proposals and deliver presentations convincing clients
  • Coordinate and work closely with architects graphic designers to produce boards including concepts/plans/models.
  • Be able to work the BOQ if needed,
  • Good knowledge of finishing materials, and specifications.
  • If needed, act as supervisors to direct and guide junior architects.
